Admission are on the basis of a written entrance test taken on third Sunday of February at arious centres. No child can appear in the test unless he/she has been registered.

The last date of registration for admission to classes V,VI,VII is 31st December of the previous year & for rest of the classes is February end.

The school prospectus with application form for registration and one set of sample question papers can be obtained by sending Rs 300/- by Cash/IPO/Bank Draft Payable at Dagshai or Chandigarh. The lowest class in the school is class V. The school is run primarily for the children of serving Army Personnel at subsidised expenditure. Some seats are offered to the children of war widows and ex-servicemen also. All other categories are treated as civilians.

The syllabi provided in the school prospectus are for admission to classes V, VI and VII because our normal entry points are classes V, VI and VII. For class VIII and above, it depends upon the chance vacancies arising due to withdrawals etc at the time of admissions. Registration for classes V to VII is open through out the year. Admissions to these classes are done on the basis of the performance in the Entrance Test.

d) Dependents certificate in respect of the children of serving personnel.

e) Complete health information on a form supplied by the school(Medical History Form )

f) Indemnity Bond on a form supplied by the school.

g) Four passport size photographs.

h) Identity Card No. of Serving Defence Personnel.

i) Zila Sainik board ex-serviceman certificate (having the proof of teh ward)

j) Photocopy of Pension Pay order(PPO) or pension book of Ex-servicemen .

k) Medical dependent card.
